General Terms of Delivery and Payment

 Scope of these terms
 The following terms of delivery and payment apply to all deliveries and services to be carried out by us in business undertakings with any kind of customer.

 Offers provided by us are subject to change without notice.

Dispatch of products is always at the purchaser's risk.For shipment we will determine the most appropriate form of shipment. This might not always be the most cost-effective method. We will try to accommodate suggestions by our customers as to their preferred method of shipment.

All deliveries leaving the German border are ex works. Returns need to be approved before shipping. And must arrive free of charge for us.

Complaints about incorrect or incomplete shipments are to be notified in writing immediately at the latest 8 days following receipt of the goods.
  
  
 Payment
 In the absence of a special agreement, the prices apply ex works excluding packages, customs duties, fees, taxes ant other related costs.

All payments are immediately due upon receipt of invoice and must be paid within 30 days on the invoice date. For shipments outside of Germany we will ask for pre-payment.

Holding back payments and/or the set-off due to any counterclaims of the purchaser which are disputed by us and which are found to be not legally effective are not permitted.
